Sera Lake Resort Hotel Spa & Aparts

We really enjoyed our 3 night stay. We ate at a good restaurant in breakfast and dinner. The hotel of choice in Trabzon.

No reason to complain, the venue met all requests, strongly recommend it. We have stayed in this extraordinary hotel for 2 nights, everything was perfect, the location was wonderful far away from city center of trabzon.

I loved this hip new hotel, its location and staff. The room was reasonably large with comfortable beds.

The stay was absolutely very very good. The room was incredible and huge, the hotel was immaculately clean. The restaurant was amazing, we tried delicious dishes.

Everything was cool, nothing to complain about, I can't recommend it highly enough it.

Stunningly beautiful brand-new hotel with nice views of the mountains around the Area and Sera Lake. Very supportive and customer-facing staff members at the receptionist.

It was brand-new hotel and we had a fairly nice stay. Highly qualified property employees all round. The rooms with fantastic view and closet space, as for instance. Generally everything was excellent, though the bathroom was not clean.

I stayed in this wonderful hotel for 8 days, had very comfortable experience, thoroughly enjoyed its peaceful location not far from sera lake, trabzon and the airport. Views of the whole property were particularly nice, the room was nicely furnished and nicely furnished. The bathroom was large and large.

Everything was nice, including customer-oriented staff and unbeatable location near the airport.

The whole experience was very positive. Flexible stuff and well-kept room, value for price compared to other options. This hotel had a remote position. The breakfast was full of AFFORDABLE meals such as hardboiled eggs, sausages, hot waffles, cheese and jam.

The hotel is exceptionally clean, with extremely helpful personal, and offers excellent location so close to trabzon, the mountain, city centre.

We really enjoyed our stay there, it was very peaceful. Extremly helpful staff, cute hotel with a very pretty location. Breakfast was more than adequate, coffee, butter, hot waffles, boiled eggs and cheese.

An upscale hotel with accurate staff and a generous breakfast. Had good drinks in the sky bar. The location was optimal near the airport.

It made our trip to Trabzon a superb experience. Twin bedroom and bright bathroom. They offered extra bed too. The hotel was centrally set in a beach area.

The room was decent, and this efficient hotel too. Always nice personnel where happy to help with our requests, decent service. There was delicious breakfast with the lovely views and the Turkish coffee, for instance.

Magnificent location for visiting Trabzon, it's just next door to the airport as well as sera lake.

Hotel is relaxing as I expected, stunning location, incredible rooms.

room was warm, bed was comfortable, stuff was very polite. they made my stay nice. i was offered a room with outstanding views of the lake. breakfast was perfect and had variety of meals. the fact the service was very excellant too.

I truly enjoyed this hotel, it was tidy and good little. The staff were absolutely useful. Lovely bed, luxury bathroom and a storage, a safe and an adjoining terrace in the room. An amazing beach, cute view. Lobby bar was stylish and well priced.

The room was clean and the staff was polite. The dinning staff was doing a nice job. The room was so nice sized. A wide array of so much delicious food, we appreciated it. Excellent service during our memorable stay: D

Kind staff, beautiful building, reasonably large room. Fabulous view, a lovely balcony, exceptionally comfortable bed, too. Food provided for breakfast was amazing. I greatly enjoyed it, it was real good.

It's excellent base for visiting some must see attractions in Trabzon. Had good sleep at the king room...
